For standard motifs (like “Jesus” or “Prowl”), we confirm the placement and size via email before starting. For unique “Masterpiece” concepts, we can provide a Digital Mockup for your approval to ensure our visions align before bleach touches fabric.
Note: Bleach is organic. Micro-variations from the mockup are not defects; they are the soul of the medium.
Before Work Starts: You can cancel for a full refund of your deposit at any time during the sourcing phase.
After Work Starts: Once bleach touches the fabric, the piece is permanently altered. The deposit becomes non-refundable, and the commission is Final Sale.
